Fun fact about me, I have PCOS! Alongside this, for a very long time my doctor and I suspected I may have endometriosis as well, which means endometrial tissue growing outside of the uterus, even on/inside organs. (Luckily, thanks to a recent surgery, we’ve confirmed that I do not have endometriosis!)I drew this when we still suspected I had endo, and I had this fear in my mind that I would never be able to afford surgery, and when I die an autopsy would be done and my organs would be revealed to have been crushed and destroyed and riddled with endometrial tissue, because that’s certainly what it felt like.Apr 16, 2021

Compositionally this piece is great, and I don’t know quite what to say about the emotional side of it other than appreciation and understanding and I hope you found some peace in expressing your fears through your art.
