what do y'all do when the Art Block?

I feel like I have quite literally forgotten how to draw people within the past two days (hence my low art output) . . . nothing seems to look right, and it's a struggle . . . any suggestions on what to do? what works best for y'all? :o

I just do art when it comes to me. In the meantime, I game, work out, hang out with friends, or go outside and catch/observe bugs. Art block ain’t the end of the world.
Forcing it isn't really healthy.

I just do something else in the meantime until I have something.
I go on pinterest or watch funny youtube videos
Usually I don't try to force it. Or I draw but literally draw without caring what it looks like.
Hmm.. what I usually do is to look at artist's art I really admire or just like and look for inspiration, it can take days for me some times to get any kind of feeling to draw again, but that’s what usually helps. Other than that it’s listening to music and stop thinking much and just enjoying my hand using the pen on the paper, just random doodling with different colours and to draw anything that makes me happy :)

I know it’s hard, but to just sketch/doodle without much thought to it is what I’ve heard can help with art block. No need for it to be perfect, that’s what usually drains the motivation, not wanting to make mistakes, but the mistakes is the learning process
(but everyone is different, so it can variate with the solutions)
Usually I just chill until I find inspo again
Maybe do some anatomy/ pose studies? ❤
