If anyone has any good tips on how to fix her(they dont even have to be good, i just want to know how to fix her eyes specifically tho)the sketch always looks better than the actual thing for some reason

With the way it is right now, the eyes do look a little off, I see what you mean. Try to keep in mind that the eyes are set within the eye sockets and use shadows as well as makeup to convey that. Also be sure to flip your canvas often as you go to check your eye placement. Eyes should be at their furthest apart (about one eye-length) when looking straight on and get closer as the head turns cause of perspective. Other than that, I really like this piece, it has a nice oil painting texture with good colors and a nice balance of hard and soft lines.

That's great! One suggestion is to, instead of using black/darkening the shadows, is to make them more saturated and change the hue, in addition to the brightness. Warm light means cooler shadows, and cool light means warm shadows. Doing that will bring in more contrast.
