Happy easter for whoever celebrates it!
️ in Italy we eat Colomba
( a bird shaped sweet bread that looks more like a deformed bird, tastes similar to our Panettone but more almond-ish)
Also we unwrap fancy looking chocolate eggs. They are wrapped like candies and we just unwrap and split them open to get the prize in them. Some are no prize and cream or chocolate filling. Saw some eggs that has a wonderful pistacchio filling
(And yes pistacchio has two Cs that sound like a double K)

So like pistako or pistakio? In my language is just Pistache, the ch strongly pronounced not like sh.
