I second the idea of adding shading to hair. I would also fix the snow on the trees a bit. It's hard to explain, but I think the white lines of snow are too vertical. It feels like this snow is very heavy and it should just slide to the ground. If you made it more horizontal or maybe shorter, it might get the feeling of gently sitting on the branches. Still, a really nice picture to look at <3
