The Bull
Toro.Also know as the Bull Frog in many circles. Once partners with Mr. Penn, now neither can be in the same room without wanting to kill each other. Where Penn preferred order, and abided by the rules he himself set, Toro did not. Toro was, and still is a loose cannon with a short fuse.
Toro loves a good gamble, especially when the chips fall in his favor. He owns the biggest casino in Edge City, and built the betting system for the Tune-Up competition. Though he loves a good gamble, theirs nothing Toro loves more than a sure win, and he’ll do everything in his power to see that he’s the victor. Even if it means getting his hands dirty.
Toro is one of the minor villains in my story Toon-Up.
