So if the Cara app/website shuts down due to high expenses... where is everyone going to go? Back to Insta and DA??? I held myself from making an account on Cara due to it being so new and vulnerable. I still feel sad that it might not survive. There needs to be better alternative sites for artists now more than ever. I was really hoping it would stick around for at least a year or two.Jul 27, 2024

Bluesky and Mastodon are pretty chill. They don't have the same "portfolio" vibe as Cara but they're better than DA and insta
