Well, first of all, you should post art lol. This post is going to make people curious and click on your profile, but you have nothing there. It's wasting potential followers/clients.
Commissions are so much easier to offer when you already have a following. Post your art in different places, be active, interact with others, and don't mention your commissions 24/7---if people feel like they're being forced to buy something, they'll leave. Have "Commissions Open" somewhere on your profile, but other than that you should let your art speak for itself for a while so people can develop interest before you try to tempt them into buying art.
Also, Artfol specifically is not a good place to sell commissions. But these tips work anywhere.
