it’s when you give away free art to a person in a raffle. for me, (on this platform) i’d make a post labeled “art raffle” and explain the rules that suit me best.
then id tell people to comment “i’m joining” under the post to collect names of participants. then when you think you’ve got enough people or the date of the art raffle is over, put all the names in a generator/spinning wheel to choose the winner
