New OC!

I dunno what to name 'em! They're non-binary who goes by they/them, and they've got a lot of spice and pizazz in their personality! This design was actually a former earlier concept for one of my past OCs, but I like this one enough to make as a character.

This is also an excuse to have another OC with a hat haha
