It's a poison type eeveelution, but I'm not sure what to name it. Toxiceon maybe? :v But the bright colors are something I've always wanted on an eevee, so I drew them because neon animals are usually poisonous. He is very goopy. Hope it's still cute though lolNov 27, 2022
