I worked on this piece for minutes at a time over the last month. It was all the energy I could spare, and I long since exhausted the urge to work on it. What is your favorite phase of creating a drawing? For me the sketch is the catharsis. Once the image has left my head and is on “canvas” my juice is spent.Anyway this is my character Eden.Apr 20, 2021

It’s really hard to pick a favourite part of creating a drawing. I think though that I really enjoy most of the process, I find it really hard to stop until the piece I’m working on has all the little bits of detail and polish on
That definitely hasn’t always been the case though, until about a year ago I used to always get stuck on the colouring stage.
