Akum inherited his fathers poor eyesight so he mostly relies on the touch and vibrations to detect people and potential threats.

My oc Alex is hearing impaired! She wears hearing aids which help her regain a majority of her hearing.

•I have lots of OCs with impairments. My most popular would be my oc Jackass that has cross eyes (he’s basically blind) and I have a oc named Blossom that is a amputee.

•I have a hyena oc with a jaw that healed crooked, so she has some trouble speaking (I don't use her enough, I need to update her design and start drawing her again)

•My OC Charlie can't read any earth language if that's an impairment. He's a human but he's space born. He can speak earth but he can't read words so he just guesses what's going on through pictures.

His new ref hasn't been updated yet, but I'm planning to make Perci an amputee (he doesn't have his HIS left leg)! He'll have one of those metal legs meant for running (the ones you see on paralympic athletes). Funny enough it's his birthday soo... happy birthday, your getting your leg cut off for character development!

•I have an angel oc who can't fly due to their wings so yeah I think that she counts as disabled, I've been thinking of making another oc blind in one eye too

•One of my kid characters lost the ability to walk when he was young (icr why) so he uses a wheelchair. Another lost his sight as a baby, so he's blind. Recently I decided to write that one of my protagonists is fluent in ASL bc his older sister is deaf.

•Yeah, I have a number of them. For example Demetrius is totally deaf (like he might faintly hear an explosion but nothing less than that). He also doesn’t speak, but he’s not physically incapable of it, he just didn’t bother learning how. Also he’s a witch, so his familiar can help him communicate in an emergency.
And Nico’s face was damaged by an explosion, so he has a glass eye on one side that he can’t see out of, and his jaw got re-broken while healing and ended up twisted, so while he could talk, it’d be pretty painful.

•I have a magic forest spirit that has no eyes, nose or mouth. She can still "see" but she doesn't talk. She's kinda there to be spooky and relay to the heroes that there's trouble somewhere within her forest. Also, a villain of mine has ice as a replacement leg! She can stab with her spiky ice knee and reform it! I also had another villain planned that stabbed her own eyes out to help her with her powers!

•I write stories with heavy emphasis on respectful and empowering representation of disabled folks (as I am disabled and don’t feel empowered by mainstream media. If you want something done, you do it yourself) so, yeah, almost all my ocs have something going on in that regard.

•I have a deaf deer oc, but that's p much it. An oc in my story I'm making (I won't say who bc spoilers) eventually looses their arm due to a fight, and gets a metal replacement bucky style. So I guess that counts?
