Hello hello well I've gotten quite excited making these fanarts, I'm enjoying it a lot, in this case given how little we know about Vicers (or what I know) Well, I've gotten carried away more, I couldn't say what I put as its powers but the effect is beautiful according to me very mystical, considering that its category is "Astral" well perfect.
