The main differences to Instagram are that 1. There is no algorithm, every feed (except the "what's hot" one) is chronological! 2. To really get noticed by others, you need to make text posts as well instead of only posting art. Artfol is mainly about interacting with each other as a community, if everyone only posted their art and closed the app it wouldn't work. Interaction with others is the key! That can mean posting text posts (questions are seen by more people, just add the hashtag "question"), commenting on posts by other people, resharing their art, participating or creating challenges, etc. I visit the community page more than the art explore page - I only found your account because of your text post too! People often check out someone's account if they made an interesting text post, so they're really the best way to find other people
