Nigel Nimberton is Ros’ friend and suitor who she met in one of her journeys.
Nigel is the son of the mayor of Hydesville, that’s why he has the reputation for being a bit spoiled and believes that he will always get what he wants. Just like he thought he was going to win Ros’ heart.
She arrived in Hydesville, after seven years of traveling, for refueling but her plane was requisitioned because it landed without permission just inside the city soil. So she needed a signature from the mayor to be able to leave, but being out of town Ros ended up meeting the mayor’s son. Nigel found Ros as a tough and cool girl, in just five days of knowledge he was in love lost and shortly before she left he made the marriage proposal. He didn’t even imagine a no as an answer. Ros initially tried to explain that she only liked girls but the boy was too insistent, she lost her patience and left.
Since then Nigel has followed Ros everywhere to persuade her to marry him, in all this time he has not lost hope of conquering her.

-When his mom Lindsay was pregnant with the second son, she died with the child but Nigel doesn’t know the truth…
-Since he’s the only son his father Spencer wants him to be the next mayor but Nigel’s biggest dream is to become a musician
-The relationship with his father is not the best: Spencer has always abandoned Nigel to himself and to the care of his servants after Lindsay’s death. This has made Nigel a spoiled big boy who feels he can get whatever he wants. This is why he insists on proposing marriage to Ros chasing her everywhere, even though she explicitly told him she is not interested in men
-He can play ukulele and the piano thanks to his mother
-He loves to flirt mostly with girls (even if he’s bisex) but he can be very romantic


Trivia
Nigel was created on the inspiration of Prince Naveen from “The Princess and the Frog” and by listening to the song “La Da Dee” by Cody Simpson, he also gets his peculiar blond tuft from him.
