http://referenceangle.com This is nice one if you want to practice different views of the face!
Try ibis paint on your phone if you want a smoother look for your sketches and if you don't have a art tabler or tablet it works on phone ergo josh and scroll down to his playlist it has youtube art school or college sum like that there's one about iterative drawings
I can definitely recommend Miss Kerrie J's anatomy tutorials https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLB5nUgozRxF-ak_GHT1_z9qrZ0Cp5ZTJi
Try to draw a pose with few lines, try to make them not straight and you have to do it as fast as you can. See videos about "Gesture" and speed paints, but also don't forget to take a break and drink water
If you have time, Sycra on youtube has a lot of great tutorials for you to practice along with. In one of my early drawing classes, my teacher recommended trying to redraw famous artists compositions, i.e. van gogh or rembrandt etc. So long as you aren't selling your work or claiming it as your own original ideas, it's good practice
I used to draw the same basic skeleton for one year. It took long, but when I got used to it I found lots of mistakes and tried to add diffrent body parts like longer arms, shorter legs, chubby people etc. And I changed the skeleton I used. I got inspired by my favourite artists (Chihiro Howe, Melody Howe, Marija Tiurina, BnHA, KnY) I decided to pick a part of their way like X's nose, Y's fingers etc. Even when you look at those artist you'll find what part I always reference from
Watching artists processes, time lapses and real life processes are really useful. Pypah’s art and bobo andonova on YouTube have some great videos. And if you can spare the money, patreon is also a great resource for learning. I’d recommend lotusbubble and Sara Faber.
How about a challenge? Like the 100 expressions/hands/feet/faces? Or the reverse storyboard challenge if you wanna train layout and composition? ✨
