This is absolutely a lovely piece, the colors are incredible 
I may have something to say about it, about the caracters ^^`
I really like their clothes, it suits them, but the colors blend a lot with the background and the character seem...out of focus ? The stairs behind them is the center of attention here, while the characters should stand out more...
You could do that by changing the colors of the clothes to complementary colors, like blues and greens, or if you want them to keep their clothes alike, maybe make the yellow glow on them and not the stairs
