Manga, mostly. I feel like manga tends to age better than the anime most of the time and you get to see all the extra details in the art and the story

as much as i love hearing the music and the overall vibe you get from watching scenes in anime, i prefer manga lol

I like both. I usually start by watching the anime and then read the manga if I liked it enough. Currently trying to finish reading Tokyo ghoul re which I started years ago lmaoo (in this case I disliked the anime's last few seasons but the manga is sooo much better)
