the finale piece for the last round of TopOC 2021!i was eliminated the previous round, so this is ooc (out of competition)
the prompt for this round was to make a surreal piece about the hopes and dreams of your characters.
hugos wish/hope is to show the world to sharkie.
my grandma used to tell me a myth/story about how if you catch a butterfly and tell it your wish and release it, it will fly to a spirit who will grant your wish as a thank you for releasing the butterfly.
