I befriended a moth earlier :D
I was in the pool and I noticed it just lying on a floatie with its wings absolutely soaked. I picked it up and held it in the sun until it perked back up. It cleaned its face, wiggled its antenna at me, and flew away.
It wasnt much but it made me happy

How cool is that?
I've got a picture somewhere from about 12 or 14 years ago. There's a lake and some woods about 3 or 4 miles from the house, and I had went over there to just take a walk and clear my mind, as I sometimes do. Well, I had been walking for probably close to an hour, and was close to getting back to the car, when I spotted this butterfly on a plant. It was gorgeous, a blueish/green color pattern. And I didn't think there was a chance it would let me touch it, but I just put out my hand and it walked right onto my finger. I took a pic and just admired it for several seconds. I actually had to shake my finger a couple times to get it to fly off
