Also, I might have an alternative idea on how they might still have war even if the angels showed that redemption was possible:
The angels tells Vox and the other sinners that Sir Pentious is redeemed, but it's serephina telling them in a way as if she kinda dislikes Sir Pentious. Like when she said to Charlie "the snake is fine" despite knowing his name as if he is still just a snake shaped sinner to her.
Then Vox would point out that attitude and show to people that redemption doesn't matter. That even if they were redeemed, that angels would always see them as less. Wich makes his followers believe that war is the only sollution.
I don't know if this idea would work, but I also think that by saying that Charlie's dream/idea/solution would not matter anymore could add more devastation to the war that is starting.

I‘ce been thinking this since like episode 2… It‘s a hudge plothole! I mean even if winners cannot travel through wormholes like angels do, doesn‘t mean they couldn‘t use the same technology adam used to talk with charly (like the holigram). Also… isn‘t Adam the first winner??? Isn‘t he able to travel for the genocides

. At first my thought was that he couldn’t leave heaven now that he’s a winner now and maybe winners are bound to stay in heaven but then I remember that technology exists like phones and tvs in the Hazbin universe. Like they couldn’t have got him to do a FaceTime call?
