Happy Birthday, Dear Asmo

I do like the way some of this illustration came out, i like the hair. But I can’t help but feel that the whole is less than the sum of it’s parts. I think there are tens of problems that i just can’t see and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Be as harsh or blunt as you see fit I’m desperate to improve
