What's your favorite musical?
I love musicals but most are American and my poor German ass has barely seen any due to that :')
All I have are musical movies like Cats, The greatest Showman and Sweeney Todd-

Heathers is a masterpiece just mwah
The only one I’ve watched live was the Phantom of the Opera, and I’ve watched bootlegs of SIX and Anastasia on YouTube. Besides that, I’m tryna get into Mean Girls and Hamilton, and I think my mom wants to take us to New York to see the Lion King live! I also know a few select tracks from other musicals.

I never could see one, but I know some, the most popular that is, like Mean girls, heather, Wicked, Beetlejuice, etc
I know a loooot of songs from those musicals though, like, I could sing the entire SIX musical, some Beetlejuice, wicked, Frankenstein and Be more chill ( the Broadway versions)
We don't have much musicals in France, not really in our culture ;v;

•The best musical I've really SEEN was Aladdin! We went to Hamburg for a day just to watch it :D apart from that I've watched The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast. And Hamilton and Newsies on Disney+, if that counts...
My favourite musical of all time is Hadestown though. I also really love Something Rotten and want to make animations for it! I can recommed those two and many more if you haven't listened to / watched them yet~
