I think the arms are a bit long, which is probably why you made the sleeves like that? A person's elbows typically land at hip/belly button level. Fold your arms up and look down and you'll see what I mean.
Personally I'd also add a bit more contrast to the face since atm most attention is on the shirt, and I'd personally play around with cropping to improve composition.
It's pretty subtle stuff though. On the whole you did a good job! ^^

I would add a few accents of lighter blue or even white on tips of the sleeves or the collar piece, so there is some more contrast in the clothing
