Yesterday I woke up with a scratch on my forehead that goes from hairline to eyebrow. Now I've had scratches on my face out of nowhere before, but none as long or noticable as this one and it's an unusual spot since the others were always in similar areas(cheeks or under nose). There is nothing around my bed that could've caused a scratch and I didn't do it to myself because I bite my nail so they aren't sharp. I know it wasn't there when I went asleep because I have the habit to look at the mirror and check my face when I use the restroom. Today I woke up and it seemed to be more prominent. I don't how I got it and I did told my mom, but she was more concern about a bump that Im pretty sure has been there for a long time. Unless it something else, I just might have a spirit or demon giving me some scratches on my face and my back and occasionally on my chest and shoulders. No I'm not saying it is an actual demon, but I also don't not believe in them....... U know what imma draw an interpretation of them. Anyways I'm open to suggestions for what might've catched me and see if I can debunk them. One thing for sure, I'm probs going to school with the damn scratch. Sorry for long text here's a cookie for your time

My brother has eczema and he bites his nails so short that his skin is basically going over them- yet he always wakes up with a tonne of scratches. It could be that you’ve found a way to itch in the night, even with super short nails

Maybe your pillow have a zipper or even some sewing that scratched you? Or maybe your skin itch and you scratch it in your sleep? :O I had time when I always scratched my skin when I was stressed out
