Need some tips, again

Today's topic is, tips on how to draw cartoon/simplistic anatomy. Any general things I should focus on making more simple? Just in general how to make it more simple while still not making it look stiff. Feel free to also suggest vids I should check out or ways to practice.

Additional info/not as important:

I've been studying more realistic anatomy and practicing using photos of real people as references, but I feel like I should start learning how to make it more simplistic now, since I know the general gist of anatomy.
I heard a lot of artists say that if you study realism for too long, it will be hard to go back to cartoony stuff after, so I thought I should already start figuring this out.

Action curves. Clear silhouettes. Exaggeration. Breakdowns. Thinking about defining features versus detailed features.
I'd try starting exaggerate while trying anatomy to get a more cartoony look. Make sure your basic are down hard and experiment with poses and how they flow so they don't get stiff as you simplify.
What you said in that last paragraph is true to my experience. My general tips is using more dynamic shapes in your base sketches. Heavily, heavily limit your use of circles or ovals. Despite what you think, they are not dynamic and dont really help for any body part minus the head.. instead, connect joints using diamonds, draw muscles using flowing, less conventional shapes! Sharper shapes are amazing for this! Using trapezoids, rhombuses, teardrop shapes and more are what helped me make some more dynamic stuff. Also, look into line of action!
