It wont be as high quality as getting a proper phone case printed, but; you can get this printed on paper, grab your current phone case (must be transparent), position this drawing inside of the phone case, mark the holes and the outline, cut the holes & outline out, then put it inside the phone case and you've got yourself a new design :)
