Leaving Artfol -PLEASE READ-
So just as a heads up I’m very likely going to be leaving Artfol. I recently found out that, unlike what their TOS claims as well as what they’ve stated while promoting themselves, artful according to the dev does not accept nsfw art that is anything outside of slight artistic nudity. Meaning it’s not nsfw friendly for artists that are nsfw artists and that wanted a place to post their more adult content. And I’m not exactly comfortable staying on an app that essentially is doing the opposite of what was promised and what was promoted (the whole “you can post your art freely and it won’t be restricting like Instagram”). It’s sort of false advertising and that’s really disappointing. I thought that was the entire point of this app. Freedom to artists, especially nsfw artists, to post their content safely and I thought that was also the entire point of the nsfw tagging system and stuff (so that people who are minor so or that do not want to see nsfw art can block it).
