Kiseki was abandoned by his family and mainly grew up in an orphanage. One night the kids decided to play hide and seek since they couldn't sleep. What they didn't know was that a many-faced demon had made its way into the house. The demon killed everyone but couldn't find where Kiseki was hiding, and since it was getting near dawn, it decided to just stay in the house and eat the ones it had killed. After some time, Kiseki tried to make a run for the front door. The demon chased him and lunged at him, biting down on various parts of Kiseki's body with its many mouths. Luckily the force of the demon's attack broke through the front door and the morning sun burnt it to ash. Kiseki sill has the scars from the bites. This marked the beginning of his odd luck.
