Maybe try do something else like playing video games or watching a show, etc. Slowly, the motivation will come back. Or maybe try talking to someone else for a lil chit-chat. Who knows they might have accidently gives you an idea :)

i usually watch speed paints to help me get out of my artistic funks. if that works i just keep drawing until something sticks

Feed your mind with anything you find enjoyable. :) It can be video games, series, walks outside, etc. Sometimes it takes long but this is important to have activities aside.

•Scroll through the feeds here or on insta, I eventually find something that motivates me again
