Drawing with Someone Special
Finally finished and arranged this!!! I started this like 1-2 months ago, and finally got around to finishing these and putting everything together!!I was gifted markers awhile ago, and MAN I’ve been having a lot of fun with them! I used to use them a ton when I was a kid, and I can’t believe I forgot how much they are to just break out and draw with!! So that led to me combining nostalgia with even more nostalgia!!
For those of you who are familiar with earlier DeviantART may already know where I’m getting at, but for those who aren’t, allow me to explain. Paperchildren are like cutouts of characters that are drawn, cut out, and arranged in a way to make it seem like they’re interacting with the environment around them. They were seen a lot in the earlier DA days (I even made a few of my own when I was younger too), so I thought “HEY SINCE I’M JOINING ON THE RESURGENCE OF Y2K AND EARLY 2010’s NOSTAGLIA, WHY NOT AMP IT UP TO ELEVEN”, and out came this!!!
It’s not common I post traditional art, but man this was so much fun to draw!!! I had such a blast with this!!! I love these two so so much omg
