Idk if this counts as an assumption but whenever I talk to people over discord (or something discord adjacent) that I’ve never met irl before they always say I sound Racially ambiguous, which I find mind boggling.
Also sometimes random people on the street will just assume I speak Spanish, for reference I am black and so is the rest of my family. Apparently we just give off Spanish speaking vibes

•One time in physics class my friend and I understood the exercise pretty well and many of the others had trouble with it, so when we were done the teacher told us to go around and help the others. One girl raised her hand so I went to her to see what her question was and all she asked me was "do you not wear bras?" We were like 13 and I found it extremely weird (I wasnt friends with this girl either) and I just looked at her weirdly and left. I do in fact not wear bras if I'm not exercising or wearing something that requires a bra because I stopped giving a fuck, but back then I was still a lot more insecure. It's just strange and inappropriate to ask someone that out of the blue to make fun of them (these girls always made fun of others)

All the assumptions people make about me are essentially the same but imo the funniest one was when my now close friend of 8-9 years first saw me she thought I was a really bad kid, troublemaker type bc I was wearing a leather jacket
