•i’d say europe just because there are tons of mythological sea serpents/ monsters (atm i can think of 2 in norse myths, the famous Nessie, Scilla and Cariddi) and i think it would be fun if all of them were inspired by Moises if not humans seeing him passing quickly and mistaking him for a monster
