I think the video quality kinda matters more, and your art will improve while as you continue creating, and your video quality/content will improve too! Maybe just start it but don't advertise it a lot or expect a lot of subscribers, just start it and use your first few videos as practice?

Doesn't really matter I think ? People can watch anything if they find it interesting, and to me seeing someone drawing and improving over time sure is interesting

Anyone can start an art channel, doesn't matter if you're a beginner or DaVinci level.
As long as you're enjoying what you're doing you can start.
