Omfg I found that account too. Went to their profile because I saw their art and wanted to what else they’ve drawn and was jumpscared by their banner.

if you want to block the account or report it it's @/luuneth Um don't know about that don't flood reports because that's not good for the mods but if a few people wanna report and. I would probably say it's good to block the account
