Ah, time to study anatomy and muscles by staring at photos/references and hoping that they'd be burned into your mind.

I think I looked at a few references and tried to focus on the shapes and how they fit together on the body. That helped me

If you are able to maybe buy an anatomy book so you can see what muscles look like and how they work
