To those who draw with distractions on: what’s your go-to videos to watch to get u in the zone?

For me it’s craft videos (like blogs on dress making, candy making, cooking, recently diorama and ceramics and woodcarving) when I’m focusing on my work, and kdramas/podcast when I’m mindlessly drawing!

Mine is weird 😅 my go-to videos are anti-MLM videos and videos about different types of scams (like Fyre Festival, pyramid schemes, crypto scams, and NFT scams). For some reason those are great background noise for me 😅😅😅
A variety of things depending of the mood. Mostly YouTube commentary videos (of all topics), funny videos at times, vlogs, playlists, POV music, or podcasts.
Cartoons, they're good for inspiration and getting in the mood, but can be really distracting. Other options is looong essays or gameplay vids from my favourite youtubers cuz they don't require you to pay close attention to their visuals.
Podcastssss
I’ll usually watch some true crime videos or listen to music 👍
I usually listen to music or watch YouTube. Occasionally I'll listen to a podcast or audiobook. For videos, I've been into booktube a lot lately! Like emmie, Jack Edwards, and Sally Thames. But sometimes silence is nice, if I'm really into what I'm making, I don't need other things to help keep me focused.
Something I don't have to pay my full attention to i.e. something I don't have to look at! Documentaries, other art videos, makeup and fashion, video essays, etc
Dnd campaigns because you love to see how a dice rolls sometimes XD
I'm super boring, I just watch documentaries and other interesting videos ;-;
