First time drawing Ash! How does he look?? I’m specially concerned about the way I shaded the hair, so if anyone has tips for shading blond hair, please do tell em!

I think you have everything down pretty well except for a few highlights. I’m not sure where you meant them to be but I do see great shading. I suppose some highlights on the hair or reflection on the glasses. Depends where the light is coming from. It’s up to you c: hope this helped! Once again it looks awesome!
