The Sun and The Sand world map
I forgot to post this here! I made a world map for my story, TSTS! I don't do it often, but I do really love making maps.This is Kaito, the planet that TSTS takes place on. It is a mostly arid planet with large deserts that stretch on for hundreds and hundres of miles. It is divided between The Empire, which controls the northern hemisphere, and the Free Nations, a collection of independant nations that inhabit the south of the planet.
At the moment, the map is still a WIP. I've filled in the areas that are relevant to the current story. I will be going through and adding more to it eventually as I develop the world more and once I start writing book 2!Jul 6, 2024

This is super cool, I love seeing maps be a part of world building! I love how much thought and detail you've put into this worlds geography. If you don't mind me wondering, how big is Kaito compared to Earth? And does the name "Kaito" have any meaning behind it? It's a super fun name.
