W.I.P
(W.I.P)When ur studies turn into character lore stuff and not just some study.
WELP.
Anyways! This is still a work in progress obvi, but I'm pretty excited with how its turning out! I found an image on pinterest and I really liked the colors and feel of it all and I wanted to somewhat emulate it and practice lighting and color
But then I got Paige involved a then more story and I'm probably gonna add more stuff to it so- y e a h. Yall know how it is.

I imagine the color combo emulates a sorta anger and dread? Which I find fitting for the part of the story I'm showing here. This is just after Paige impulsively cuts her hair, very messily too. I know cutting hair can symbolize a lot, and how I see it is most people cut or change their hair after something traumatic or hurtful has happened. It's a form of a expressing/embracing change or letting go or even to regain a sense of control in a situation.
Prior to her haircut, Damion is in critical condition, unsure of what's next for him, worried about the future, feeling like she's losing control and is trying to cut away from the past events, she chops her hair.
I imagine the colors of the dull blues and greens reflect her dread and sadness in that bathroom, but the red is her entering a new phase of grief, anger.
If you have read this far and have any questions, ask in the comments! Or perhaps I'll do another qna in my story.

I really like the colors you have chosen to use so far! It really gives off the idea that Β«somethings not quite right hereΒ». I also really like the body language of the character here, they look both curious and kinda scared to move foward. Spectacular job!~
