Just another work rent
My boss Is mad when we want to buy food in our break. I have very less time currently cause I need so long to work so I'm home late and have to go early. I can't make food for myself 4.30 am. I already go to bed around 8 pm and I'm home normally around 6. But currently also driving lessons so I'm home 8.30pm so I don't even have time to eat dinner. So now no dinner anymore no breakfast anymore. And I'm already struggling with symptoms of underweight. And If I speak about the problem I just get to hear you should have done driving license earlier then you wouldn't have that problem.
And then at work he says I would work badly on purpose. Telling me all the time how much time I take and how bad everything looks and shit. I swear I fucking hate this bullshit. AND WHY THE HELL IM NOT JUST QUITTING!?
everytime he is nice to me I feel like a fucking asshole for being bad at everything I do. Plus he keeps telling me how much money I do cost him and how much I owe him.
I'm afraid if I switch working places it won't change cause the main problem isn't his screaming it's my incompetent ass. I'm already 23 I don't have much time to do another educationOct 19, 2023

what the hell ,, it's ur break what does it matter to him if u use it to go get food :// i'm so sorry that sounds like such a hard workplace to deal with :(( but also , 23 is still young !! don't keep yourself stuck if you're not happy u have lots of time to learn more things <3

Signature move of manipulative people = make the other person doubt themselves and feel it's all their fault. No one is perfect, but it's not your fault or you being incompetent. Your boss is using a common hot/cold tactic that messes with people. Shame on him for twisting people's feelings about themselves. 23 is still young, you have time. I'm sorry that the situation sucks though. No time to even eat or make food.. that ain't right

and he's full of it with the money arguments, that's bs, I'm convinsed he needs a punshing bag and feel so sorry for this situation. And just to add, it's for real not to late, ppl switch career much later in life. Often as they do the new job. It's ofc not always easy, but not impossible. But wow your scedual rn is packed!
