This is Roland Peter's rival most of the time u see him making fun of Peter for not having any powers and bullying the weaker ones but he does this out of pure jealousy. Peter tries several times to become friends with him but Roland isn't the kind of person who wants sympathy from other people especially from Peter out of all people xd so most of the time their bond always ends up back to square one. Roland was also raised by a secret evil organization and was tasked on a mission to find The Seven Guardians of Power.
