Can I be honest and say that I’ll never understand cat owners that let their cat just roam outside to do whatever…
They get so defensive if someone tells them to either keep their cat inside or just leash them.
So you’re telling me you’d rather have your cat get possibly run over, beaten, stolen, pregnant, get a disease, get into a fight with a cat or another animal, kill a bunch of wildlife…
Instead of just keeping them inside or on a leash where they’ll be safe?
Is it that hard to take your cat on a walk on a leash????

Yeah especially when the cat can also get hurt and kill birds.
I do have to admit though that it can be really hard to walk a cat on a leash. I tried doing the two of mine when they were kittens so they could get used to it. One would literally flop down with the leash and not move. And the one time I got her outside, a truck made a noise, scared her and she got out of the harness and it was really scary cause there's a road nearby.
