He usually acts friendly and hype around people, most of his life he was neglected by his dad and treated differently because of his status.
He doesn't like to talk in big groups, if Soul is around he will incorege her to talk or be the one to find a quiet place they can sit at and have a nice conversation.
He will protect Soul even if she doesn't need it (mainly because he wants to show her that he cares).
Bill likes the library, he spends most of his time there, day and night, he will also makes some snacks for big study nights he and Soul have before exams (usually comes with tea and some veggies to balance the sweets).
