Make this into smth/finish this concept

I have ideas but limited ability so pls someone who knows how to draw perspective and people looking up and pretty skies draw this idea

You can make the character whoever you want (an oc of yours maybe?? Idk just anyone that appreciates the sky) and it can be any time of day- they could be admiring daytime clouds, sunrise/sunset, or stars. Your pick!!


I doubt anyone’s gonna do this but it’s a good way to make use of my concepts idk
