This is Vesuvius

He's a hot tiefling mans. Because the world needs more of them. I imagine he's a bard, but his only instrument is a tambourine.

He is also covered in Bells therefore he, himself, is the instrument.

I also tried something a little bit different for hair shading? I don't think it makes much fo a difference, but it looks a bit nicer than before
