Okay so I need to vent about this because it's getting annoying TwT
Why are lesbian couples so invisible?
What I mean is, in a lot of shows now, we see BL (boys love) WHICH IS GREAT BTW, but so rarely GL (girls love)? Unless I just don't know about them?
Idk but I feel like GL are no where, even in shows with a lot of BL there isn't one lesbian couple/main ship and Idk, I wish there where more of them
The only popular shows with GL (that I am aware of) are what are originally meant to be for kids and I can't watch them cuz I can't stands the voices lol
Anyway, idk if all this makes sense at all, I just feel like there's a big unbalance TnT
I mean maybe I don't know where to look too

ok but once upon a time 7th season has lesbian couple and they are the CUTEST QJSJ and anyway the show is amazing

•There are gl but one I've seen and adored is rocket and riot (I believe). I follow the artist, though they arent active right now. It's a really cute comic. I dont have any other good recommendations because it all seems to be is hypersexualize female partners. At least from my observations.

I totally get you what you mean, it's just not as mainstream as bl seems to be, but if you are specifically looking for manga/anime two good genres to check our are shojo-ai and josei! Also some recommendations of wlw manga/manhua I know about: Bloom Into You, Ontona Ni Nattemo and SQ: Begin w/ your name!

•I get you. I think that most girls prefer to see guys, an opposite gender, and capitalism at its finest likes to feed on what's popular, since guys aren't largely into same-gender contents, they can't feed on something that won't bring them popularity and profits and attention so :/
