You have a really cool composition going on! I love the colours and the way you utilized the leaves.
Something you can do is push the contrast and make use of your environment. You have a light coming from the right side so try applying more bright light into the face and to some of the leaves. Since the face is the focal point, making it stand out the more the better.
I can also see that the wind is blowing the leaves to the right, I’d recommend having the character be effected by the wind too like her hair and clothes. Even if theres now wind and the leaves are just falling down from above, having some of the hair and clothes be effected by the elements like wind can really set the scene and make the character and environment more unified
