To answer your questions, there is no multiple image posting... YET! The devs announced earlier this year that multiple image posting would be available later this year, so it's on the way!
And as for the resolution, I don't quite know the specifics, but the quality is going to be as close to the original file as possible with a tiny bit of compression. If you have any more questions or suggestions for Artfol, you could join the Discord server and post them on there! The Devs will gladly answer any questions you have about the app!
